Make sure the office premise is clean. Prepare & distribute tea, coffe etc. for employees and guest. Organize office furniture, Computer, etc. Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels among employees and opening and sorting emails. Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors and employees. Ensure all lights and A/C to be switched off and the doors are properly locked before leaving the office. Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment Assisting other administrative staff in wide range of office duties Helping the receptionist, secretaries, or other administrative assistants in performing their duties.
Cooperating with office staff to maintain proper interaction and a friendly environment within the office. Additional duties as per the instruction assigned by your Supervisor
