Qualification: Chemical Engineering/ Masters/MBA/BBA (Marketing)
Base Location: Descon Oxychem Ltd Sheikhupura Plant
Below is the brief scope of the position:
Develop the Brand, Consumer and Customer Marketing strategy development and artculate long-term Marketing Business Plans to support delivery of targeted market entry & share in segments, in order to contribute to sustainable business growth and increase in market share.
Build, develop and nurture a strong and highly engaged marketing organization, capable and focused on delrvenng growth objectives
Develop Long term research plans/ Market Intelligence strategies in order to build strong insights into consumers to serve as a strong anchor for strategy and planning (Brand Health check, U&A In-house sales teams etc.)
Use own knowledge, Marketing intelligence, identify gaps, develop, and drive the innovation roadmap to ensure healthy pipeline for the portfolio to enrich the business portfolio across all segments and achieve budgeted Innovation KPI's.
Facilitate Sales team in forging long-term association with customers of DOL.
Development and execution of long term (B2B) Customer Communication and retention Strategy' (working closely across the functions for its execution).
Development and execution of Customer feedback mechanism and analysis of gathered data, in collaboration with the sales functions.
Develop, implement, and execute (B2B) customer engagement programs and related marketing initiatives such as dealer trainings, educating customer teams on Product Safety Knowledge, Safe and effective Product Handling. General Health Safety and Environment workshops, Warehousing/storage, Correct Product Usage, Technical Seminars, with an aim to add value in the customer organization leading to sustained customer retention.
Ensure presence on the right social media platforms.
Ensure development and timely execution of effective brand related communication on research and validated consumer insights.
