Job Description

The Aga Khan University invites applications for the position of Telephone Operator.

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible to:
facilitate the customers(i.e. patients and attendants) in the department
book appointment over phone or in-person for procedures
assist customers telephonic as well as walk in inquiries
assist user department with telephone related information.
identify irritant and any source(s) of problems in the communication system
perform any other assignment given by the supervisor / department head.

Requirements:
You should have:
Intermediate Preferably Bachelors degree
1-2 years of related work experience preferred
good communication skills (both in English and Urdu)
ability to perform multiple functions effectively under work pressure
good public relations and interpersonal skills
good problem solving and trouble shooting skills
willingness for shift and double duties.
