SSGC Alternate Energy (Private) Limited (SSGC-AE) is 100% wholly owned subsidiary of Pakistan's state-owned utility Company. Sul Southern Gas Company Limited. SSGC-AE is engaged in exploring options for alternate energy to meet the ever-rising demand of energy sector in Pakistan. SSGC-AE is looking for a well-qualified, dynamic, and experienced professional to spearhead the Company as the Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer.
The position is responsible for:
Overall direction and leadership aimed at achieving the organization's philosophy, vision, mission. values, strategy and operational goals and objectives.
Developing strategic plan to enhance revenue, profitability and growth of AF. The position is responsible for leading, scaling and operationalizing the people, structures, partnerships and program needed to execute SSGC AE's strategy for maximum impact.
Developing and maintaining strategic relationships and partnerships with businesses, federal and local governments and community to maximize impact and achieve major business targets. The candidate should be an eminent professional of known integrity and competencies having Engineering and Business Management degrees from recognized / accredited university / institution by HEC. Candidates with degree from foreign universities will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate should have 10 to 15 years' senior management experience preferably in Energy Sector with proven track record of successfully managing large teams toward a common vision and purpose. the candidate should exhibit creative mindset and out of the box thinking with excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Preference will be given to the candidates having knowledge of local and international models of Alternate Renewable Energy, PPRA and OGRA.
