Job Description

CAREER OPPORTUNITY

Company Secretary
Maximum 50 years, Should be a member of recognized body of professional accountants or a member of a recognized body of Corporate/ Charted Secretaries or a lawyer. Alternatively, a graduate degree from a recognized University or equivalent will also be acceptable. Preferably have around 5 years experience of managing legal and Corporate Secretarial affairs in a Public Listed Company at similar position. The candidate should be capable to manage the corporate regulatory and legal requirements arising out of applicable legal framework. Focusing specifically on aspects related to governance structure, shareholders. Board of Directors and Board Committees. The position is responsible for ensuring compliance with the corporate governance requirements and filling of statutory Reports/Returns in capacity of the Secretary to the Board of Directors, and providing guidance and facilitation in ,convening meeting of BoD and shareholders, maintaining minutes of meeting etc. Company reserves the right to shortlist, and or reject any or all applications against the above listed position.
