Job Description

Reporting to Manager Treasury, you will be responsible for compliance with lenders reporting requirements, financial reporting and compliance with banking rules and regulation for the institutions bank accounts maintained with various banks. Preparation of board papers, supervision and monitoring of funds, including donations and endowments as well as to manage operational activities of assigned areas.

Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to;
Preparation of financial and management reports and Board papers.
Ensuring compliance with lenders reporting requirements.
Preparation of Statutory Budget, Long term financial model including Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Cash Flows.
Preparation of budgets of interest income, bank charges, exchange fluctuations, license fee and rentals.
Supervision of donations recording and reporting of donations and endowments.
Monitors funds of the Institution in cash, bank accounts and investments. Coordinate with Investments team for placement of funds to maximize returns.
Supervision of activities for opening, closure and changes in authorized bank signatory, signing limits of bank accounts and preparation of related Board papers and Board resolutions.
Any other task allocated.

Requirements:
Qualified / Part Qualified CA / CMA / ACCA
At-least 3-4 years of related experience in financial or management reporting.
Should have sound knowledge of overall financial systems.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and writing skills
Proficiency in MS Office with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
