PURCHASER - RESTAURANT REQUIREMENTS
Qualification:
Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Commerce or Business Management (with Knowledge of Accounts)
Skills:
- Sound Knowledge of Purchasing Food Stuff
- Computer skills in MS Excel and or Accounting Software
- Strong Negotiating and Communication Skills
- Must be fluent in written & spoken English
Experience:
5-2 years working as Purchaser of Food & Beverage for a reputed Restaurant
Job Responsibilities:
- Obtaining Competitive Price Bids from Vendors
- Placing Orders and Arranging Timely Deliveries.
- Maintaining Stock Inventory and Storekeeping
- Preparing Monthly Reports of Purchases
