Job Description

SITUATION VACANT
Required for Ras Al Hamra Recreation Centre (PDO Club)
PURCHASER - CLUB RESTAURANT

Qualification:
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Commerce or
- Business Management (with Knowledge of Accounts)
- Good Character Talent and Experience

Skills:
- Sound Knowledge of Purchasing Food Stuff and Restaurant Equipment & Consumables.
- Computer skills in MS Excel and or Accounting Software
- Strong Negotiating and Communication Skills
- Must be fluent in written & spoken English

Experience:
2-5 years as Purchaser of Food & Beverage for a reputed Restaurant

Job Responsibilities:
- Obtaining Competitive Price Bids from Vendors
- Placing Orders and Arranging Timely Deliveries.
- Maintaining Stock Inventory and Storekeeping.
- Preparing Monthly Reports of Purchases.

Note: Should own a grand valid Omani driving license.
