Ras Al Hamra Recreation Centre (PDO Club) requires MEETINGS & EVENTS SERVICE SUPERVISOR
Looking for a Dynamic & Experienced Candidate to Supervise and Manage all Banquet Events. Possessing strong Leadership Skills, Multitasking, Time Management and Organizational Capabilities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma.
- Degree in hospitality or similar preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience as Banquet Captain or similar position.
Having previous experience in managing the staff schedule.
Having worked in highly stressful situations.
Running of smooth Banquet Operations, and prioritizing the Comfort and Safety of Guests.
Job Requirement & Skills:
Excellent leadership abilities and the ability to manage many staff members.
Great time management and multitasking capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic & English.
Proficiency in relevant computer applications and software.
The ability to provide an excellent level of customer service.
Physically fit with good stamina for physical tasks such as setting up and arranging banquet seating and supervising for long periods of time.
Willingness to work long hours, irregular shifts, and on weekends and holidays.
Omani Candidate preferred with above mentioned skills.
Must possess Omani driving licence and own vehicle.
