A well-renowned real estate development organization requires Construction Staff to be based in Lahore for its ongoing and upcoming projects.
PROJECT MANAGER
B.Sc./M.Sc. Civil Engineering with minimum 07 years of experience in Building Projects with high end finishes. Must have ability to manage supervisory staff and be able to get work executed, check quality of works, check contractors bills, prepare rate analysis and construction contracts for various onsite contractors. Should be able to carry out technical correspondence with contractors, consultants, and clients as well as prepare reports for presentations. Should be well versed with MS office and be familiar with AUTOCADD.
