Operations at the center and networks with outside delegated by Projects CEO
Security in operation
Mess & Catering
Events Reservation & Facilities
Finances of the various programs in operation.
Position requirements:
Minimum Education: Masters or higher degree in any subject
Minimum Experience: 10 years of rich and relevant work experience (preferably 16 years rich and relevant work experience)
Skills:
Demonstrably strong planning, leadership and organizational skills
Strong financial acumen
Flexible and creative problem solving
Strong work ethic; ability to work flexible hours
Solid understanding of business functions
Familiar with legal processes and responsibilities affecting the execution of duties
Job Purpose/Summary:
This post provides the operational management of the TSA programs, currently a school, a Counseling Center, a Needle Craft center and a women's residence for FCCU (between each leader of the four programs and CEO) and ensuring that operational and managerial services are provided in an effective and efficient manner to support the overall operational running of the TSA Project.
Responsibilities:
1. Play a central role, in conjunction with the four programs leaders who can offer their expertise in forward planning and strategy development for the Projects
2. Ensure that there are appropriate operational works in place to support the programs and oversee the implementation of these programs
3. Take responsibility for the effective integration of processes across the different programs as a whole and for the improvement of these processes over time
4. Play a central role in the operation and implementation of any new programs using the TSA land
5. Represent the internal operational services of TSA programs externally as required
6. Maintain appropriate internal work primarily and external networks as CEO delegates
7.Assist CEO to set objectives for the administrative services as whole and oversee the setting of objectives and evaluation of performance for each of the relevant programs
8. Assist CEP to appropriately lead and promote integration between the relevant programs so that resources for operations can be shared and so save costs
9.Assist CEO to establish external benchmarks and appropriate KPIs as the basis for demonstrating the quality of administrative services
10. Assist CEO to provide information in risk management, quality control & assurance, operations management and maintaining external and internal regulatory frameworks
11. Assist CEO to promote the financial and operational stability of the Project in the efficiency and effectiveness of its operations
12. Assist CEO to ensure that there is appropriate management information available for decision making
13. The post holder may be required to carry out additional duties as required
