Job Description

Required Assistant Manager (Quality Enhancement Cell)

Minimum Education:
Masters or equivalent 18 years Or Bachelors or equivalent 16 years of education

Minimum Experience:
16 years equivalent education in Social Sciences, Statistics, Business, Psychology or Computer Science with 4 years relevant work experience
18 years equivalent education in Social Sciences, Statistics, Business, Psychology or Computer Science with 2 years relevant experience

Skills:
Good computer competency in MS Office (Word, Power Point, and Excel)
Oral and written expression in English
Knowledge of database systems and experience in using data analysis applications (such as SPSS)

Responsibilities:
Liaise with different departments within FCCU and outside to obtain required documentation for registration of FCCU programs (new and existing) in the Pakistan Qualification Register.
Timely update the degree and non-degree programs in the Pakistan Qualification Register.
Assist in the execution of Marching Order for commencement or any other event.
Prepare and maintain the year-wise and semester-wise comprehensive report of enrollment.
Maintain a faculty and staff database to facilitate completion of the various HEC data requestions and reports.
Ensure that Self-Assessment Reports (SARs) are prepared by academic programs and all relevant departments following HEC requirements and guidelines. Collaborate with the Assistant Manager of Institutional Effectiveness to provide support to academic programs as
Initiate a timely Yearly Performance Review and ensure it is completed and submitted as per desired standards of HEC and NECHE.
Assist and support the Head of QEC in the preparation of Institutional Performance Evaluation reports.
Prepare and participate in the development of the University Portfolio Report (UPR).
Assist in meeting programmatic and institutional accreditation requirements at the national and international level. This includes managing the preparation, reporting and compliance related to accreditation processes (programmatic, national, and international).
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders involved in accreditation reviews and other accreditation
Ensure timely availability of data to update the Higher Education Department Repository (HEDR) and Rehnumai Markaz annually.
Managing complaints received against FCCU through the Pakistan Citizens' Portal and ensure relevant stakeholders are kept abreast for timely resolution.
Prepare documents required for the submission of HEC ranking.
Prepare and submit the Higher Education Statistics.
Prepare documents for FCCU MS/MPhil and PhD Program Review.
Oversee the day-to-day operational requirements, including maintaining electronic/physical files, supporting HEC review meetings and visits.
Complete any other task as provided by the Registrar, Head of QEC, or other authority.
