Responsibilities:
You will be responsible to:
provide administrative support which includes handling phone calls and scheduling appointments
charge services to the patients
Give appointments of procedures to patients coming personally or calling over the telephone, reschedule patients for procedure if necessary.
Transcribing radiology report and get it reviewed by the concern doctor.
Handle cash transactions as and when required.
Prepare envelope with radiology reports for handing over to the patient.
Receive telephone calls and provide necessary information and/or transfer to concern person.
facilitate patients and their visitors as required.
convey patients related concerns to the supervisor.
Requirements:
You should have:
a Bachelors degree
1-2 years of related work experience preferred
good communication skills (both in English and Urdu)
ability to perform multiple functions effectively under work pressure
good public relations and interpersonal skills
good problem solving and trouble shooting skills
willingness for shifts duties
