Managing Director (Exchange Company)
Our client is a leading financial institution engaged in the business of Foreign Exchange with a network of over 20 branches across the country. They are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of Managing Director to spearhead the company to meet its goals and objectives.
The position reports to the Board of Directors and has overall responsibility to develop and implement short and long term strategies in line with the vision and mission of the company, ensure financial viability, monitor competition and take measures to increase market share, ensure compliance to applicable laws and regulatory matters.
The ideal candidate would have a minimum Graduate degree from HEC recognized Institute/University. He/she should be up to 55 years of age with a minimum 10 years of experience in Currency Exchange business, out of which 5 years should be in the senior management position.
