(1) Over all management, evolution and development of all Leisure Facilities.
(2) Coordinate the development of activities and initiatives to generate leads by net working and maximizing the sales.
(3) Create working budgets & establish a baseline of programme offerings.
(4) Ability to recognise areas of improvement.
(5) Familiarity with current trends and practices in the wellness industry.
(6) Experience in supervising and managing fitness, recreation, and sports facilities.
(7) Highly organized with strong customer care skills, communication skills, professional, punctual, reliable and neat.
(8) Good knowledge of pool maintenance.
