HEAD OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT
PURPOSE:
The Head of Quality Control will be responsible for development and implementation of a comprehensive Quality Management System in the entire hospital based on the principles of Total Quality Management (TQM). The incumbent should exercise measures to improve quality of patient care, enhance patient safety, inculcate the practice of hospital-wide risk management, evaluate patient satisfaction and maintain good patient relations and educate healthcare professionals regarding quality health care practices.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
The incumbent should be a MBBS Doctor with MBA (preferably in Health Care & Hospital Management) from the reputed university. Diploma or certification in QA will be an additional feature. The incumbent should have 5 years relevant experience. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, leadership skills, negotiation & conflict management skills, good analytical and decision making skills and knowledge of SPSS are essential to perform this role.
