Aga Khan University Hospital invites applications for the position of Customer Service Representative. This is a temporary based contract.
Responsibilities:
Specifically, you will be responsible to:
greet and welcome patients, attendants and employees to the campus
ensure they are following SOPs: wearing a mask; maintaining physical distance, one patient bringing only one attendant, and no visitors allowed if not necessary
ensure employees are wearing and displaying their employee ID cards
ask patients / attendants their reason for being at the Hospital; politely inform others that visitors are not currently allowed
manage any adverse situations arising from instance on the adherence of the above mentioned SOPs
ensuring 1- 2-meter distance is maintained at all times, among all individuals, including members of the staff
actively take part in any other SOP adherence task, such as making rounds of waiting areas and ensuring SOPs are being followed, etc
support with any other task or responsibility given by the Supervisor or Manager.
Requirements:
Intermediate. Graduation will be preferred
preferably 1 to 2 years' of customer services related experience
speaking proficiently, distinctly and with a friendly, courteous tone in English and Urdu
excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Urdu & English)
willingness to work in shift duties (6 days a week)
ability to work as a team player and perform overtime and other task if required
ability to handle multiple tasks and perform under pressure.
