A public limited company is looking for qualified and experienced individual to fill the post of CFO & Company Secretary with the following:

Qualification: Must be a member of a recognized body of professional Accountants.

Experience: Minimum 5-10 years' experience, prefer ability in Finance Sector.
Awareness of company laws, secretarial function, regulatory requirements is essential.
