Responsibilities:
Reporting to Warehouse Coordinator you will be responsible to manage Physical Stocks by maintaining a visible vigilant physical presence and intervene wherever required to prevent any illegal and/or inappropriate actions.
Specifically you will be responsible for:
to carry out day-to-day operations such as receiving, storage, preservation, handling, issuance, charging of supplies to departments/ patient care areas as per organizational safety and quality standards
carry out general departmental duties as assigned by respective supervisor.
assist and perform day-to-day operations such as receiving, storage, preservation, handling and issuance of supplies to departments/ patient care areas as per defined procedures.
report discrepancies if any found while performing assigned tasks.
timely recording of all transactions into system/ paper documents as per defined procedures.
maintain personal and environmental safety standards as per guidelines of safety & security department.
to ensure proper handing over/taking over at the changing shift.
deliver the material to various departments against msr / transfer notes
ensure quality of services as per organizations standards.

Requirements:
minimum Matric and preferable intermediate
at least 1 year working experience in any warehouse will be preferred.
person must have data entry skills, aware for documentation, ability to work in team with good coordination
