ASSISTANT MANAGER / DEPUTY MANAGER REQUIRED for Project located at Nooriabad.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
To deal with government, local bodies, labour department / agencies as and when required. To develop and improve administrative systems, policies and procedures. Ensures a safe, secure and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health and security standards. Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals. To work with management to set budgets, monitor spending and process other administrative expenses.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's / Masters, 5-8 years' experience (Ex-forces are encouraged to apply), Exceptional leadership skills, strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal skills. We are an equal opportunity employer and promote diversity at workplace.
