A Wind Power Project, based in Karachi is looking for a dynamic, energetic and responsible Administration and HR Manager. Ideal Candidate would be a professionally qualified person with hands-on managerial level experience of dealing with Administration and Human Resource matters independently. Knowledge of labour laws and working with related departments such as local Government, EOBI, SESSI and Labour Welfare Departments and General Admin Services will be added advantage. Must be able to identify development needs and drafting HR & Admin SoPs. Should have exceptional interpersonal, communication (both oral and written) and consultative skills.
