PROJECT DIRECTOR

REQUIREMENTS:
BS Civil Engineering / B. Architecture with MS in Project Management, Engineering Management, Technological Management, or allied project-based fields related with Civil and design projects experience with PMP / Prince 2 certifications would be preferred.
15 years of relevant experience. 5-7 years as Project Director at reputable organization / institution. SAP knowledge and project management in large projects is preferable

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for overall project of Gulberg Greens including construction and timelines.
2. Provides leadership and guidance in all aspects of the project life cycle.
3. Takes a lead role in monitoring the identification and development of strategic goals.
4. Developing moderator guides and designing surveys.
5. Supervising project team to achieve project goals.
6. Manage project development on strategic levels.
7: Grows long-term relationships with departments / campuses and capitalise on partnership opportunities.
8. Ensure that the project planning, scheduling and allied aspects are incorporated.
9. Scope verification and validation for the consultants and allied teams.
10. Compliance with all by laws of governing bodies.
11. Overall accountable for project execution and profit & loss of multiple contracts.
12. Reviews high-level deliverables related to construction, renovation projects across organization.
13. Develops, implements, maintains organizational / departmental policies standards in line with the best practices.
14. Review's status reports of Project Managers and Senior Managers and addresses issues as appropriate.
