ELIGIBILITY Criteria
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Possess at least, a Graduate degree (16 years of education from a well reputed Institute and recognized by the HEC. related to Science. Engineering, or Aviation Management and related disciplines, OR
II. Be a Chartered Accountant, OR
III. Be a recognized businessman or professional with a Postgraduate degree In Business Administration or Public Administration OR equivalent from any institute recognized by the HEC
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 20 years of working experience preferably in aviation sector, including aircraft operations/aircraft acquisition/ aircraft sales, induction & upgrade in reputable airline /aviation organization with minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior management position in relevant professional areas.
Preference will be given to the candidate who has worked as CEO of an equally sized international airline or commercial organization.
The proven track record of successful turnaround of a company of equal size will be given due consideration.
Officers presently working In service of Pakistan may also apply through proper channel as per prescribed rules and regulations under the Esta. Code
AGE: Between 45 and 62 years on 31st March, 2022.
TENURE: The selected candidates will be given employment on contract basis for a period of three (3) years, which may be extended.
PAY PACKAGE: Successful candidate will be offered market based salary and fringe benefits.
