Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments of products.
Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse, ensuring items are properly labeled and easily accessible.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer requirements.
Load and unload trucks, ensuring that products are handled safely and efficiently.
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to management.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.
Assist in the preparation of shipping documents and labels.
Collaborate with other warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.
Report any damaged or missing goods to the warehouse manager.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification is a plus).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed.
Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing.
