Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of our construction site. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee site operations, including construction, maintenance, and repairs
Manage site staff, including supervisors, laborers, and subcontractors
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and architects
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and building codes
Monitor progress, identify issues, and implement solutions
Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness
Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members
Implement quality control measures and ensure high standards

Requirements:
