Lawyer Responsibilities:
1- Monitor legal risk in documentation and giving guidance on the acceptable assumption of risk.
2- Interpret laws, rulings and regulations for natural and juristic persons.
3- Conduct legal research and gather evidence.
4- Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before documents are executed.
5- Explain the law and give legal advice.
6- Offer legal representation at arbitration or mediation hearings.
7- Draft, review and manage wills, trusts, estates, contracts and deeds.
8- Manage regulatory and compliance related services.
9- Facilitate innovative solutions to client problems.
10-Offer legal representation to clients in court proceedings on civil, commercial, corporate or criminal matters.
11-Manage and oversee paralegals and legal assistants.
12-Prepare pleadings, notices and make appearances in court.
Lawyer Requirements:
1-Bachelors degree in Law (essential).
2-Excellent English and Arabic language skills, writing and speaking.
3-Admitted Attorney of at least 5 years standing.
4-Experience in drafting, negotiating and reviewing legal documents.
5-Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.
6-Natural leader who displays sound judgment and attention to detail.
7-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
8-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9-Excellent interpersonal, communication and public speaking skills.
