Required School Receptionist
Requirements:
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a school or educational setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with students, parents, and staff.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using office software, including MS Office and school management systems.
A positive and professional attitude, with a focus on customer service.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office management or administration is a plus.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Basic first aid knowledge is preferred.
