Main Duties:
1. To be responsible for the inventory and stock maintenance of stores.
2. To receive goods as per the company policy.
3. To update the Quickbooks system with product cost prices.
4. To monitor and identify product issues from outlets.
5. To post food and beverage transfers on Quickbooks.
6. To maintain approved par stock.
7. To monitor and identify store equipment issues.
8. Verification and posting of invoices.
9. To conduct spot inventories in outlet at least once a month.
10. To conduct payments as and when required on behalf of the company.
11. Verification and preparation of Slow moving, Short expiry, Spoilage, Discard items and Breakage reports
12. Prepare cost control Book.
13. To make quarterly, half-yearly and yearly Food & Beverage input cost analysis.
14. To do market survey of food products especially fruits and vegetables.
15. To advise all concerned and raise alarm when expenses and cost are high, and are not in line with revenue generated.
16. To source out vendors in line with the company policy
