We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
Provide administrative support to team members as needed
Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and other business-related tasks
Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital
Ensure office supplies are stocked and ordered as necessary
Perform data entry, bookkeeping, and other administrative tasks as required
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or similar software
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
