Minimum Requirements
Basic knowledge server, active directory and networking
Eager to learn new technologies
IT / Networking Diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities:
Provide help desk support and resolve problems to the end users satisfaction
Supporting Track and Trace project
Support end-users through phone, remotely and directly
Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation
Cabling and Patching cables if needed.
Document internal procedures
Assist with on boarding of new users
Ensure each workstation has a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, and any additional specialized equipment
Ensure each workstation has updated versions of applications, Antivirus etc
Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software
