We seek a dedicated and proactive individual to join our Human Resources team as an HR Assistant (Female). The HR Assistant will provide essential support in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting the needs of employees.
Job Role:
The role involves various responsibilities, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, training and development, HR administration, and HR projects and initiatives. It involves posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication. The role also involves maintaining positive employee relations, coordinating training sessions, and managing employee files. The HR Director or HR Manager may assign special assignments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Previous experience in HR, administrative support, or customer service roles is advantageous.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
