Housekeeping:
Overall cleaning of the Hotel guestrooms as per hotel standards.
Greeting guests and responding to queries.
Changing bed linen and making beds.
Replacing used towels and other bathroom amenities, such as shampoo and soap.
Sweeping and mopping floors.
Vacuuming carpets. Empty vacuum cleaner each time it is nearly full.
Dusting and polishing furniture.
Emptying trash containers and ashtrays.
Restocking beverages and food items in the mini bar.
Cleaning public areas, such as corridors.
Updating status of guest rooms on assignment sheet.
Returning and restocking cleaning cart at shift end.
Maintain proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment
Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs.
Reports any problems or questions to Supervisor assigned to your floor
Report any lost and found items instantly and turn over to security.
Maintain excellent grooming and uniform standards.
Performs other task as may be assigned by Line Manager.
