We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Document Controller to manage, organize, and oversee the proper handling and storage of company documents. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and be comfortable working with digital and physical filing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Control and maintain the document management system for all incoming and outgoing records
Ensure that documents are accurate, up to date, and properly filed
Distribute documents to relevant departments and track revisions
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents
Assist in audits and ensure compliance with company and industry standards
Create document templates and support standardization efforts
Archive inactive records in accordance with retention policies
Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely document submissions and updates
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or records management preferred
Previous experience in document control or administrative roles is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document control systems/software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and record-keeping abilities
