Job Description

We are looking for a Document Controller to prepare, manage and file documents of our projects. You will support our procedures, maintaining transparent, up to date and easily traceable documents.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Preparing Tax invoices, payment applications, and supportive documents.
Making project-related documents like IR, MIR, NCP.
Preparing material requisition as per the requirements from various projects, follow up with the purchasing department, and ensure timely arrival in the store.
Updating the statement of accounts for every project.
Controlling all kind of company and project documentation.
Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards.
Producing documents progress reports for senior managers.
Ensure documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion.
Review and update technical documents e.g. manuals and workflows.
Manage the flow of documentation within the organization.
Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.
Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed.
Collect and register all technical documents such as drawings in company's system.
