Administrative duties
Handle all telephone calls and emails info
Welcoming visitors and preparing refreshments
Set-up and maintain a well-organized filing systems
Organize office and assist the team in ways that optimize office operation
Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
Provide back-up support for all operations and other related duties as assigned
Assist in scheduling and planning meetings and appointments, managing calendar of Executive Director and CEO
Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
Retaining with existing customers and generate repeating business with existing customers
B2B meeting set up
Create, monitor and distribute leads to team and report it in daily and monthly basis
MOU and agreement execution
Event plan & Execution
Event planning, draft invitation, invitation card, website and app update coordination
Targeting sponsors, negotiation and conversion
Event execution. Send invite, monitor RSVP list, reminder and final RSVP list
Zoom and Webinar jam: operation skill and extract information
Post event: thanks email and event highlight write up
Supporting event coordination and execution
Social media content coordination
Customer/Member support and engagement guidelines
Communicating with customer/members through calls, email and others tool in a regular basis.
Generating new business. Able to catch, create, follow up and execute business with existing members
Member benefit execution. Fully aware of member profile, benefits execution guidelines and status
