The company needs a Customer Service Representative to provide support to the sales team & assist online and walk-in customers.
The ideal candidate must have at least 1-year experience on the same field
Roles and Responsibilities, but not limited to:
To provide front desk support & administrative support to the organization
Handles incoming calls or inquiries from prospective customers or clients
Work as part of the sales team to drive positive company sales results.
To manage the day to day requirements of the company which includes general clerical
Prioritize and process customer orders and requests submitted by telephone, email, live chat, or instant message
Maintain thorough and accurate customer service records.
Communicate with customers about their orders, including any delays or changes in delivery.
Follow-up with callers on the complaint and/or question resolution status.
Pack and process orders
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
Perform other job-related duties requested by the management.
