We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator who will work within our Operations/After Sales department.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Ensure that all post installation queries, complaints and maintenance issues are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
Be the main point of contact for our clients for all after sales issues with the ability to report and escalate to management as needed
Conduct post rectification phone calls to ensure the clients are 100% satisfied
Ensure that reputation for customer service and after sales care is of the highest possible standards at all times.
Being proactive in seeking positive feedback from clients, helping gain positive reviews across all of our social media channels to boost the company's online profile.
