DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sweep, sanitize and disinfect the premises on a daily basis.
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans using dishwashers or by hand.
Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition
Place clean dishes, utensils, and equipment in storage areas.
Cleans and disinfects sinks, countertops, tables, chairs, refrigerators, etc.
Cleans and disinfects toilet sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, floors, etc.
Replenishes toilet supplies. Polishes metalwork, such as fixtures and fittings.
Disinfect, sweeps and mops floors. Other floor work may be required such as: scrubbing, waxing and polishing floors.
Sort and empties wastebaskets and recyclables and transports to disposal area.
Washes walls and woodwork. Washes windows, door panels, partitions, sills, etc.
Ensuring that areas are clean all the time.
Reports to immediate superior problems, issues and concern related to operations
Perform any other duties as directed by supervisor / manager
