Job Description

Required Call Centre Agent

Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and chat inquiries professionally.
Provide accurate information and assist customers with their concerns.
Follow up on open cases and ensure timely resolution.
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when required.
Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as part of a 24/7 operation.
