Job Description

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Accountant to join our team. Our finance team plays a crucial role in our success.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial statements and reports.
Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoice management and reconciliation.
Prepare and post journal entries and maintain accurate ledgers.
Assist with monthly and year-end closing activities.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
Support in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Maintain and update financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Provide support during audits and prepare necessary documentation.
Assist with payroll processing and other administrative tasks as needed.
