We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our school's administrative functions in Dubai. As an Administrative Assistant, you will assist with clerical duties and help maintain smooth office operations.
Responsibilities:
Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and answering phones.
Assist with scheduling and organizing school events and meetings.
Prepare and distribute school communications and notices.
Maintain student records and assist with registration processes.
Provide administrative support to school staff as needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in an administrative role preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
