Job Description
Provide inspired leadership for organization
Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions;
Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
Responsible for factory production layout and space planning, Plant Installation and Commissioning.
Responsible for Production plan, Process operations and Maintenance plan for preventive maintenance.
Establish and manage store and inventory system.
Establish Production methods and Quality Control Systems
Promote company culture that encourage top performance and high morale.
Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning and auditing.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related filed;
Good Experience in management, operations and leadership;
Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
Understanding of general finance and budgeting.
From Structure or mechanical background will be an advantage;
