Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
developing / adapting a package of gender sensitive ECD, health and education training to be used for training project beneficiaries
organising implementation of project activities as per the project protocols, SOPs, expectations and timelines
organising and rolling out holistic, gender responsive and inclusive child development trainings for project beneficiaries
developing and rolling out effective project monitoring and field activities
planning and supervising work plan regarding field activities
providing on job coaching and supportive supervision of the project staff
planning and organizing Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) and In Depth interviews with various stakeholders
supervising collected data on regular basis, ensuring complete and correct data collection
supervising data collection and intervention activities happening in the field and supporting project staff for any day-to-day problems faced in the field
data consolidation and maintaining records and creating backup of collected data
maintaining attendance records of team members
monthly reporting of project activities to PI.
You should have:
Masters in Education / Social Sciences / Psychology with Diploma in Early Childhood Development (ECD) from a reputable institution
at least 5 to 7 years of experience of working in ECD / Education and research and development projects
experience in organising and rolling out trainings in Gilgit-Baltistan and Chitral
experience in developing training material on ECD
strong communication skills in English (oral and written), excellent interpersonal, organisational, coordination and report writing skills
efficient work planning with timeliness, quality assurance, mentoring and monitoring skills
excellent problem solving skills, ability to anticipate problems and devise effective solutions with strong decision-making capabilities
background and experience of conducting qualitative research studies in community setting
knowledge and experience of data collection, data analysis and writing up results
building and maintaining effective collaborations with project stakeholders
proficiency in MS Office
ability and willingness to travel extensively in Gilgit Baltistan and Chitral
proficiency in local languages is desired.
