Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:
*Maintain executives agenda and assist in planning appointments, meetings, etc.
*Composes correspondence from general instructions or independently in accordance with policies or procedures
*Maintains and controls confidential files
*Attend meetings and keep minutes

Required Skills/Abilities:
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations.
Education and Experience:
*Bachelors degree or any related field required.
