Qasr e Behbood, Lahore is a government owned institute for women under supervision of Social Welfare and Bait-ul-Mall Department, Government of the Punjab. The department has made it functional in 1989 with the aim to enhance economic status of women. The source of income of the center is admission fee/ tuition fee received from trainees and inmates of hostel.
Aims & Objectives of Qasr e Behbood:
To provide multipurpose training capacity of 70 trainees at one time in each class
To provide skill development training
To introduce computer training course, for women of low income group for their employment in various sectors.
To provide facilities to women and their organization to hold seminars/workshops and conferences and establish focal points for all such activities.
To organize sports and recreational activities to women for their healthy growth and development.
Educational assistance to the poor and deserving students.
Admission Procedure in Qasr e Behbood
There are no hard and fast rules for admission. The female applicants can get admission on prescribed form along with relevant documents like CNIC, photograph etc.
Admission Fee Brackets: Rs.200 to Rs.1000
