Computer Operator Jobs Announcement

National Highways & Motorways Police has requested Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) to start the process for recruitment of candidates against the 109 posts of Computer Operator. FPSC has announced these jobs on 28.09.2019.

Job Requirements:

Qualification and other requirements for the posts of Computer Operator are as under:

Minimum Qualification: Second Class or Grade C Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
Age Limit: 20 to 28 years plus five (5) years general relaxation. Maximum age 23 years.
Gender: Both male and female candidates are eligible.
Domicile: Open Merit 08, Punjab 55, Sindh Rural 12, Baluchistan 07 Khyber Pakhtunkhawa 12 GBFATA 01and AJK 02.

Computer Operator Exam Procedure

To recruit Computer Operator, the FPSC takes following steps to finalize the recruitment:

1. Usually FPSC conducts one paper comprising of 100 marks to shortlist the candidates.
2. Shortlisted candidates are called for Interview.
3. FPSC sends its recommendations in respect of qualified candidates to the National Highways & Motorways Police.
4. Finally National Highways & Motorways Police issues offer letters to those recommendees to join NHM Police.

Firstly, deposit Rs.300/- under Head: "C02101- ORGANS OF STATE EXAMINATION FEE REALIZED BY FPSC" in any Branch of State Bank of Pakistan or National Bank of Pakistan or Government Treasury on or before the closing date of submission of applications.

Then apply online at FPSC website http://www.fpsc.gop.pk by submitting "On-line Application Form". Applicants should fill in the On-line Application Form carefully in the light of the Guidelines and Instructions mentioned in the Advertisement.

Closing Date: Candidates may apply on or before 16-12-2019 up to 12:00 AM (Midnight).

Syllabus of Computer Operator Exam

Syllabus of Computer Operator is uploaded by the FPSC at its website as and when it announces the schedule for written test. MCQ Type Written Test of 100 Marks is conducted. Generally, it consists of General Knowledge including Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, Islamic Studies (Ethics for Non-Muslim Candidates), Geography, Basic Mathematics, English, Urdu, Everyday Science and Basic Computer Studies.

The job description of the Computer Operator is to keep the data of National Highways & Motorways Police in line with the prescribed manner and be responsible for safety of data. This data may be of accounts, transports or establishment etc.

Computer Operator Salary

A fresh Computer Operator, Basic Scale 16, usually gets an estimated salary Rs. 45,000/- per month. His/ her salary is increased as and when pay scales are revised by the government as well as an annual increment is granted in accordance with Government of Pakistan Pay Scales.
