Required Waiter / Waitress
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service:
Greet customers, present menus, and explain specials.
Take and relay food and drink orders accurately.
Serve meals and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
Address customer inquiries and provide recommendations when needed.
2. Order & Payment Handling:
Process customer orders efficiently and ensure accuracy.
Deliver bills and handle payments (cash, credit cards, or digital transactions).
Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods.
3. Table Management & Cleanliness:
Set up tables with cutlery, napkins, and condiments before service.
Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
Ensure a clean and organized dining area at all times.
4. Coordination with Kitchen & Bar Staff:
Communicate customer requests, special dietary needs, or complaints to the kitchen.
Ensure food and beverages are delivered to the correct table.
Work closely with bartenders and chefs for smooth service operations.
5. Compliance & Safety:
Follow health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards.
Ensure proper handling and storage of food and beverages.
Adhere to company policies regarding uniform, punctuality, and customer interactions.
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is an advantage but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
Ability to stand for long hours and carry trays with food and drinks.
Basic math skills for handling payments.
