Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team. This role involves overseeing site operations, managing workers, and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities.
Ensure work is completed according to project plans, safety regulations, and deadlines.
Monitor and manage workers, subcontractors, and equipment usage.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance.
Resolve site-related issues and report progress to management.
Maintain records of attendance, materials, and project updates.
Enforce workplace safety protocols and ensure a secure environment.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of construction/site operations and safety regulations.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
