Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management and customer service.
Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff to ensure efficiency and professionalism.
Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with local regulations.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
Coordinate with suppliers, monitor inventory, and ensure timely restocking.
Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and staff performance.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
